Boats will be timed electronically with a radar gun. Boats will not be required to run a full mile at top speed. Instead, boats will be timed in a 500 ft. area designated by a set of markers. 1. Two or more participants are required to establish any class. 2. Three or more boats are required to establish a second place. 3. Four or more boats are required to establish a third place. 4. No boat will be permitted in more than one class. 5. Participants must contact committee boat for instructions before starting run - channel 72. When approaching Committee Boat, STAY CLEAR OF MARKED RACE COURSE. 6. Boats will be timed between markers only. Fouling markers disqualifies run. 7. Participating boats may request one rerun only. 8. If only one boat appears in a class, it will be moved up to the next class.
